Refund Policy All products in our store are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or similar circumstances. Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a production error, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at nuel@nuetheorystudio.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free reprint or refund. Lost or Missing Orders If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
